Midclear developed and implemented a new system to handle the collection of information about subscribers in case of capital increases, or new issues. The system produces details about subscriptions which enable Midclear to send to authorities (Central Bank of Lebanon) in order to approve the results, and thereby report to the issuers the approved sharholders registry of this event.
